The rooms are provided with a floor winter-heating and summer-cooling system, that, together with automatic ventilation, offer optimal wellness conditions to your stay, regardless of the season.

The high-speed WiFi network supports both entertainment content and work requests. The small tables in the Isola and Darsena rooms have an adjacent socket so guests can comfortably use electronic devices for work. A work area can be provided for guests in Maggiolina and Martesana rooms upon request.

Your private bathroom – directly connected to your room – is fully equipped with toilet, bidet, washbasin and a wide shower. Hair dryer and some courtesy dispensers with personal care products are available.

Both mattresses and pillows are crafted using organic and hypoallergenic cotton. Bed sheets and pillowcases are made of linen and cotton. Their specific production system enhances the texture of the fabric, so that ironing can be avoided, following Ca’ Maggiolina’s characterizing choice to preserve the environment and reduce energy consumption.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 and includes yogurt, honey, jams, bread, eggs, cheese, milk, cereals, fruit and muesli. You will have your choice between  tea and traditional Italian moka coffee.

You will find only vegetarian food, according to the host’s choice.


An interior courtyard with a small vertical garden is available to guests.
