Maggiolina

“Maggiolina” is a typical residential neighborhood in Milan, planned at the end of the 19th  century. The original succession of small houses and green spaces is now including il Villaggio dei Giornalisti – the journalist village. An Olivetti Typewriter alluding to that decorates the room, going along with pastel tints, attentively restored furniture, and the chromatic touch of copper. A small balcony overlooking our backyard is directly accessible from the bedroom.

“Isola”- “Island”- is a neighborhood in Milan built between the 19th and the 20th centuries on farming land. The many irrigation ditches made the fields look like islets. Today this is a lively area with bustling social and architectural activities. Our room Isola has been styled with warm hues to enhance its tints of wood and brass.
